Cabins At Bailey's Resort
A Short Introduction

As Bailey's Resort grew from our original family homestead
of 1888, it became clear that many visitors liked the simple rustic charms offered by a cabin in the woods.  As a result,
by the early 1920s the Baileys had added dozens of guest cabins to the resort.

Constructed mostly from local timber and stone, each cabin's interior was finished by seasonal craftsman (like the gent shown below), using hand tools and our truck powered "portable" table saw (c.1925).

Many of these wonderful old places are still a part of
Bailey's, and some are now becoming available as short
term rental cabins.
