Bailey's food has always been a central activity as well as a social
event.
For generations our resort's dining hall served up the
best ranch cooking and fruit pies to be found anywhere.
Today, in keeping with our family's
tradition, delectable baked goods and gourmet meals are my
specialty.
From our ranch style barbeque
to candle light cuisine,
dining is always a wonderful experience on Palomar Mountain.
